Are your vehicles inspected before sale?

Yes. Every vehicle on our lot completes a 147-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection by an ASE-certified technician before it is offered for sale. We also pull a vehicle history report on every car.

Do you offer financing?

We work with a panel of community banks and credit unions in New York. You can submit a soft-pull pre-qualification on our financing page without affecting your credit score.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Absolutely. Bring your current vehicle and the title (or lien holder details) and we'll provide a free, no-obligation appraisal based on real local market data.

Is there a warranty?

Most vehicles include a complimentary 3-month / 3,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. Extended service contracts are also available for purchase.

Can I bring a vehicle to my own mechanic?

Yes — and we encourage it. We'll happily release any vehicle for an independent pre-purchase inspection at a shop of your choosing.

What documents do I need to buy?

A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and your method of payment (or financing approval). For trade-ins, bring the title and registration.

Do you ship out of state?

We can arrange enclosed or open transport through our partner carriers anywhere in the continental United States. Buyer pays shipping; we handle the logistics.

How do I cancel or reschedule a test drive?

Just call (315) 691-8702 or reply to your confirmation email. No fees, no questions asked.
